Sometimes realtors are provided a floor plan by the architect or seller that is nice and clean (but visually uninteresting) doesn't show optimum furnishing options, or it has a more simple issue- say, the included text is oriented the wrong way for a horizontal layout. I can help with that! 3-D RENDERINGS/VISUALIZATIONS
The ability for me to provide dimensional sketches for projects (before grand-scale design began) totally changed the way we undertook many projects at Tommy Hilfiger. It allowed us to test design ideas and finishes, quickly work through scale and dimension issues, and provide rapid-change visualizations to the divisions we serviced. Because we were using real dimensions, we were even able to use these to initiate production for some of the more simple fixture or collateral projects.
